We are often asked whether it is better to use Microsoft 365 or Google G Suite. Every platform has its pros and cons. Both can be run from your browser. But not everyone likes that interface. Some may prefer the Microsoft suite standalone applications. Both have the same tools to manage users, licensing, sharing resources. They are very similar. Our company uses Microsoft 365. We needed the extra tools that Microsoft has to offer. It does have some very unique features in the more advanced packages that G Suite does not have. What you choose will depend on your business needs: your budget, ecosystem, platform, collaboration needs, and so on. Again, there is no good or bad; both have their pros and cons.
