What does it take to be an MSP? How many platforms do we manage behind the scenes? Currently, for our average client, we have between eight to ten platforms we manage: server security, monitoring, DNS filtering, backup, you name it.

With shifting technology and increasing cybercrime, new technology becomes obsolete in as little as six months. As a result, we are constantly evolving and testing new vendors and platforms to offer the best tools to our clients.

It takes time and resources to test, implement, test again, get client feedback, and eventually sign a contract with a vendor. Some of our services have increased dramatically in the last two years. Most of the time, we absorb the costs to keep the contracts with our clients.
