Our commitment

Apollo IT Services wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, magnifiers, voice control, keyboards instead of a mouse, or other assistive technology. We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we do

• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, and the page you are on is always clearly marked.
• A “Skip to main content” link is the first thing a keyboard user reaches on every page.
• Headings, lists, menus and page sections are marked up so screen readers can announce and navigate them.
• Text and controls are designed to have enough contrast against their backgrounds.
• Images that carry meaning have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Form fields have labels, and the pages work when you zoom in or use a small screen.
• If your device is set to reduce motion, animations and sliding effects are switched off.

Limits you may notice

Some parts of this site are provided by other companies, and we cannot change how they work. These include our contact and newsletter forms (HubSpot), the “I am not a robot” spam check that protects those forms (Google reCAPTCHA), and our online booking calendar (Calendly). We choose services that take accessibility seriously, and we will help you with any of them if you have difficulty.
